Peer Review Process
IQRO: Journal of Education, Management, Economics, and Socio-Political Studies applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
Review Workflow

Initial Screening
Each submitted manuscript is initially reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or Section Editor to assess its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, compliance with author guidelines, and overall academic quality. -
Plagiarism Check
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding the journal’s threshold will be rejected or returned to authors for revision. -
Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who have expertise relevant to the manuscript’s subject area. Reviewers are selected from different institutions to ensure objectivity. -
Peer Review
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity, significance, and contribution to the field. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations. -
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will make one of the following decisions:-
Accept submission

Revisions required (minor or major)

Revision Process
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the specified timeframe. -
Final Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding publication after evaluating the revised manuscript. -
Copyediting and Proofreading
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and proofreading before publication to ensure clarity, consistency, and formatting quality.
⏱ Review Duration
The peer review process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the number of revision rounds required.
Confidentiality and Ethics
All reviewers and editors are required to adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards. Manuscripts under review must not be disclosed or used for personal advantage.
