Editors of IQRO are responsible for:

Publication Decisions
Editors are accountable for deciding which submitted manuscripts should be published, based on the manuscript’s academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope. -
Fair Play
Editors evaluate manuscripts without regard to the authors’ race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy. -
Confidentiality
Editors must not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and editorial board members as appropriate. -
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript for their own research without the author’s explicit written consent.

Reviewers assisting the editorial process are expected to:

Handling of Ethical Issues
IQRO will respond to allegations of ethical misconduct such as plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or improper authorship in accordance with COPE procedures. Manuscripts found to violate ethical standards may be rejected, retracted, or corrected as appropriate.
